Pakefield prices are per adult based on 2 sharing a 1 bedroom half board Classic apartment and do not include linen or Towels, deposit of £20 per adult/£10 per child required immediately. Children are between the age of 2 – 13 years old. Sand Bay prices are per person based on 2 sharing a 1 bedroom full board Classic apartment and do include linen & Towels subject to availability, deposit of £20 per person required immediately. Full payment of the remaining balance must be made in full 56 days prior to arrival. Sand Bay is an adult only park and does not accept any bookings that include guests under the age of 18. Pakefield has no Popular Apartments and its Apartments have a petite kitchenette including: microwave, toaster, kettle, small sink and some utensils. There is a limited number of Apartments with a fitted kitchen: four ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, sink and some utensils. *^30 remaining rooms are those allocated per park to this deal, however some parks have limited rooms remaining for festive holidays in general.
