Damien Murdin has been with us since February 2013 and he is a real asset to the Reception team.
He is a hard working young man who’s always willing to go the extra mile not only in reception but in other departments as well.

Robert Towell the Entertainments Manager:
Harry Hinchcliffe is from Middleborough and he joined us last year as a Bluecoat and loved it so much he came back again this season.
Harry is very popular with Guests and other staff members. He always goes out of his way to give the guests that extra special Pontins experience.
Harry also celebrated his birthday this month so being nominated as employee of the month makes it extra special. He’s going to spend his prize on a day out to London.

Karl Kemp
May 2013: Karl Kemp has been awarded Employee of the Month for his outstanding contribution as a valued member of the team at Pontins Pakefield Holiday Park.
Karl will tackle any task given to him, he is first in line to help and assist anyone who requires it, he does this with a smile and friendly approach, going that extra mile to complete the job in hand. He has a wealth of knowledge and is a good problem solver, which is often called for in his out of working hours shift pattern. A member of the service support section, his customer handling skills and ability to adapt in high pressure situation, make him a valued team member.

John Harlow
March 2013: John Harlow is a valued member of our Service Support Team at Pakefield and has been awarded employee of the month.
Below is a statement from John’s manager Dennis Wilson:
As an employer I would class John as a low maintenance employee, he is given task which he completes with the minimum of supervision, his guest relations skills are first class, going that extra mile to ensure he leaves the guest completely happy and always checking back to ensure no problem has arisen.
Nothing is too much for John, he carries out his duties with a smile on his face without complaint regardless of what he is asked to do. I have received nothing but complements about him from all who come into contact with him.
A just and fitting reward for a man who is passionate about what he can do for others.
